Lush greens and trees are growing well here thanks to the owner and to a brooklet, which is taking its way through the garden to flow into the sea. The apartments and studios are built transverse to the house; each has direct access to the inner part of the garden.

The apartments can accommodate 4-5 persons and have kitchen, refrigerator, fully eqipment for cooking, air condition and there are in the garden or on the floor with balcony. The apartments for 4 persons has kitchen, refrigerator air condition, fully eqipment for cooking, two-storeyed bed which has length 1.80 and there is in the garden or on the floor with balcony. It is mainly for family with children.

The studio can accommodate 2-3 persons and it has kitchen, refrigerator, fully eqipment for cooking. It is in the garden.

The double rooms have refrigerator, air condition and balcony. There are on the floor!

All the rooms have private bathroom and shower.

At the end of the grounds there is - next to the brooklet - a playground for children. By bridge the soccer and volley field is accessible, including the opportunity for doing some jogging. Further possibilities for exercise, e.g. tabletennis, are offered by the gymn located at the adjacent building. Not to mention the sea!

Damnoni-Bay consists of a long sandy beach, surrounded by rocks. Water sports like diving or surfing is possible.
A small food-shop as well as several tavernas offer tasty cretan-greek specialties. Around Damnoni more bays like this with marvellous water can be found, further away there are unspoiled mountain villages, archaeological sites and landscapes one really should have seen by his own eyes.
